By accessing or using websites, utilities and software services provided by MariVertex (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

1. Use of services

You must use our services lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt our systems, bypass security, misuse APIs, or introduce malicious code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for activity performed through them.

2. MariPDF

MariPDF provides tools for PDF and document productivity. Features and processing methods can vary by tool. You retain ownership of your files and are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to process them and for keeping your own copies of important documents.

3. MariVertex Inventory Alert for Shopify

The app provides inventory monitoring and related notifications based on authorized Shopify data and the settings configured by the merchant. Merchants are responsible for setting suitable thresholds, maintaining accurate store data and recipient addresses, and reviewing alert settings.

Notifications may be affected by Shopify API availability, webhook delivery, hosting or network interruptions, configuration errors, email provider delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. The app is an aid to inventory monitoring and should not be treated as a guarantee that every inventory change or notification will be detected or delivered instantly.

4. Trial, billing and cancellation

Any trial period, subscription price, billing interval and cancellation terms shown in the Shopify listing or Shopify billing confirmation at the time of purchase apply to your subscription. Shopify processes app subscription charges through its billing system. You may cancel according to the options available in Shopify Admin. Any cancellation or uninstall effects are subject to the applicable Shopify billing rules.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material pricing or service changes where required by applicable law or platform rules.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MariVertex is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the services, including losses associated with missed sales, stock discrepancies, service interruptions, API delays or email delivery failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to make our products useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or delivery of every notification.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
